How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Scheduling: The personal information that you provide is encrypted and handled by our Customer Relationship Management partner https://live.vcita.com/site/joyfulenergyheals which allows Calendar apps to coordinate and email invitations to follow.
Payment: The personal information that you provide is encrypted and processed by PayPal.com our primary payment processor over a secure channel.
Communication: The personal information we collect from you will allow main forms of communication with Joyful Energy Heals through email, Video Meeting, App Messaging and/or telephone.
