What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Scheduling: The personal information that you provide is encrypted and handled by our Customer Relationship Management partner https://live.vcita.com/site/joyfulenergyheals which allows Calendar apps to coordinate and email invitations to follow.
Payment: The personal information that you provide is encrypted and processed by PayPal.com our primary payment processor over a secure channel.
Communication: The personal information we collect from you will allow main forms of communication with Joyful Energy Heals through email, Video Meeting, App Messaging and/or telephone.

Joyful Energy Heals will not sell personal information regarding our current or former clients to anyone.
Joyful Energy Heals will not share personal information regarding our current or former clients with anyone outside of these sources, except as outlined below:

Because Joyful Energy Heals is committed to protection of your personal information and to protecting your privacy, only Joy Harris will have access to your personal information. Sensitive material such as your payment information remains encrypted at our payment processor and is not accessible to any person, with the exception of our billing department, which may access your information when needed for resolving billing problems, disputes, etc. Customer account passwords are encrypted and not retrievable as cleartext from our systems by anyone. All of our affiliates and service providers are held to the highest standards of privacy and security.
